The location was closed and at no one's fault there wasn't any one to help me un hook the trailer as it was Sunday morning no big deal

While is was me that caused my own issue, the matter of fact tone... too much. "We don't deal with that." Or, "Well I guess you better call customer service. No, I don't know the number." Just didn't feel good.
PORTIA GI honestly didn’t think the truck was going to make it the 300 miles I needed it for and it felt unsafe to drive. The truck had a very rough idle when stopped and has a misfire. It badly needs an alignment done and the steering wheel was cocked sideways and the steering wheel was also very loose and wobbly feeling , which made it pretty difficult to keep the truck straight. The only good thing about the truck was that it got me and my things to where I needed to go. Other than that , that specific truck was NOT worth $500 to rent.
