Pick up and drop off on app was very hard it took me about 1 hr to be able to pick up and I had to be on the phone with someone to help me

DAVID KWorst uhaul location I’ve ever used. Got double charged and things were added and taken off that I didn’t not ask for. Had to contact support 6 times about the wrong charges and that they didn’t mark my trailer as returned until 2 days after I dropped it off and then charged me a $15 cleaning fee, but I have photos to prove it was completely cleaned when dropped off. This should absolutely not be an acceptable uhaul dealer.
