This location didn't have any of the dollies I reserved and only half the number of furniture pads that I reserved. If I had been informed ahead of time, I would have rented some from a different uhaul. The guy working the counter was friendly.
Fawkes CThe clerk gave us their only 10 ft truck and didn't tell us that we were not allowed to drive it if the service vehicle light came on. Upon returning it, a different clerk told us we were irresponsible for driving it (again, they gave it to us knowing that it needed to be serviced) and that the police could've fined us for driving a yet-to-be-serviced vehicle. As I said, this was the ONLY 10 ft truck, so there was no indication that we'd be able to swap it out for another, nor was there any instruction to do so if any lights came on.
Zane ARequested a furniture dolly in order to move a specific piece of furniture, was told they didn't have one. Luckily we took the utility dolly they offered as a substitute, since the one in the truck didn't work.
