I paid double than what i was told while reservation and also i had to pay for gas even though i filled the tank exactly as they asked me to fill while returning the truck. So disappointed and would never go Back to uhaul again
Yashkaran PYour check-in system does not work. Fortunately, an employee was on site and helped us by doing it manually. The link did not work. Your system would not accept our address. We would have been stuffed without the help. The check in took about 1/2hour. The van side door was frozen closed and this should have been addresses before we arrived.
Rosemary RWe booked the truck for 9am, and the website/app was not working and we we had to wait until the location opened. This put us behind schedule for an important event. The Self Pick-up option shouldn't be an option if it's not dependable.
