Very disappointed in the service and the lack of compensation for the inconvenience and expense on this rental service. Will not be renting from uhaul again.

Matthew CWasn't specifically this locations fault, more U-Haul as a whole. But when a truck is reserved a month in advance make sure there's a truck at the reserved location, and if you make that customer go an hour out of their way to another location to accommodate your lack of trucks make damn sure there's a truck there. Three hours of our day wasted on a wild goose chase trying to secure our truck when it should've been 30 mins tops. I've never had a U-Haul reservation where they actually had the truck I booked ready, but they usually have one at the location I booked at atleast even if it's a different size or a different drop off location required. By far my worst experience with the company to date.
