The manager (Donnie or Dannie) is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. He was very rude saying that I'm wasting his time because he couldn't charge my card (a card that 2 days earlier he charged me no problem) disgusting behavior and I will never go to this location ever again. I will make sure all my entourage and business partners know about this uhaul dealer and specifically this unhinged manager.

They never called me back to attempt my issue and they proceed to overcharge before resolve situation.
RAUL VEven though I had the drivers name added to the contract by a UHAUL CS agent the pick up was very difficult and painful. The woman tending the rental counter was very rude and threatened that she may not release the truck to my brother. I suggest someone show this to hear and management give her a learning curve.
Theresa RPlace order online for pickup at 9am ($229). Was at this location at 9am. They were unable to process it for some reason. The trailer was there but for some reason they were unable to release it to me. After about 2 hours they had me cancel the online reservation and they booked a new one. They finally released it to me and off I went. I then got an email with the receipt and it was $313, almost $100 more then my online reservation. I will fight for the original pricing but expect this to be a long shot. I think standing around for 2 hours in a packed convivence store was anything but convenient.
