Horrible service no communication no paperwork to sign added safe move without my authorization. The shop person only said a few words to me (I need your drivers license and credit card that’s it,) I’ve rented from U-Haul for over 10 years now and I have never had such bad service. Also upon returning the truck. There was no one answering in the store when I called out “hello” a couple of times this young girl snapped her fingers at me and said over here, (I believe she was on her phone) extremely unprofessional for adults. Absolutely terrible experience!

Driver door didn't open, door leaked when it rained, had call was missing, for panels had trash inside. The location was not in a good neighborhood and didn't feel safe when dropping off. The lot was not lit and had people hanging out where you park the trucks. This was the worst uhaul location/experience I've ever had. 1/10

Leonvil SIt was baffling. A gas station with a lot in back with U-Haul equipment and nobody to help you. I expected someone to help me connect the trailer to my SUV but I was on my own to figure it out. The person in the gas station who ran it was very nice, but even the dolly I reserved wasn't there. I've never seen anything like it.
