How U-Haul Reviews WorkAttempted to do mobile check-in and could not. Had to walk in to store to get keys and had to walk in to drop off. No key box. Windshield glass has a big crack, and the passenger side would not properly seal in air so there was a noise to the drive at all times. There was a dirty piece of furniture inside the truck, which I had to leave there as I was not going to go out of my way to take it to a bulk trash drop. Second issue I have had with this location and I only used it because it was the only 15" truck available for the date near me.
