The guy at the original drop off location “hit da spot” on 6105 manor rd austin tx wouldnt receive the equipment because “he had no space” so he sent me to a different location only to be denied again. Then i came back to the original location and i just dropped the dolly and left. Then I called customer service to let them know , they told me I was going to be charged an extra $200 for dropping off the equipment on a different location because the sneaky shady guy in the original location changed drop off locations without telling anyone.
