Nefin DThey charged me too much, I ordered online $65. And the U-Haul site sent a message for pick-up. When I went, the Harrisonburg office charged me too much. The first told me $177 in pick up, and after returning it to the office parking, they took approximately $40 from my bank account without sending a message to me or notifying me. The U-Haul office charged me $199 for approximately 13 miles without any reason. They worked very badly. I am a senior and unemployed. The social services help me.
