Taking the verification photos was a disaster as the app would not accept the pics. We wasted 20 minutes of our time trying to get the various pics of the rental van. We called customer service and tried the live chat, but not much help. We were sent a text with a different link and then we could finally get the pics to upload to the app, but it was still cumbersome.

A little confusing to find drop off just from address but manger spied us and came right out and greeted us and guided us to where to park …. Maybe a bit more signage would be helpful Very nice guy though !
Kiran KI reserved a 15' van and returning the van close to home. I ended up with a 10' van that the AC didn't work on a 100 degree weekend and had to take to downtown to drop off a hour one way.
robert lThe app wasn't working when I tried returning the vehicle, if theres another way to send pictures other than having to take it in real time it would be easier (i returned the key before it showed me prompts). The car was slightly dirty but it was as expected for a moving vehicle which was perfectly fine
