Arthur S.I ended up going to 3 locations for a van. The first location closed at noon. I received a text at 2:30pm, the time I was to pick the van, that said they were closed. I was sent to another location that did not have a van. They told me they had notified Richmond that they did not have a van. Finally, I was sent to a third location and picked up a van. The confusion seems to be on Richmond's end.
