Awesome location and great customer service. Will for sure be coming back to this location for a rental. I loved the Chevy, back then i had rented a Ford but didnt like it as much as this Chevy. You guys should stick with Chevy trucks. Great and spacious and comfortable. The back up camara was amazing. Loved it. Thanks

This is the second time I've had trouble from this location!!! Last time my vehicle got towed while I was parked at the location and was currently using the company moving truck. I had to keep the uhaul extra days, use up extra miles, and use more gas because of that. And was stuck with having to pay all that extra usage and the tow truck company to get my truck back! Now, I get a cleaning fee, when I cleaned the uhaul before leaving it! I've rented plenty of moving trucks from different locations in this area, and never had any of them get me for cleaning charges, so apparently I don't have an issue with making sure they are clean!!! This is ridiculous and a money racket! I will NEVER use this company again, I should've known better after the last time!!! You all should be ashamed!

*We ordered 2 dozen pads and were not told in advance that they were not available.. It would have been nice to be told that in advance so we could have arranged pads from somewhere else. *Vehicle was dirty/dusty and obviously NOT sanitized. *Even though we booked and filled out all the necessary paperwork online to make the pick up of truck quicker, it is still a lengthy process and wait in line. When you have movers being paid by the hour and waiting for the truck to arrive at the moving location this costs $$$ while they wait. *Person at desk is NOT friendly
