This location was not open on Saturday. The listing on your website showed them open from 8am to 4pm. No one was on site. There were no directions on how to get the keys to the vehicle. I got an email that said log on to the Uhaul app and click on "pick up your truck". There was no such icon to click on. (I found out later that you had to click on active rentals. Then you have to click on view/edit. Then at the bottom of the screen there is an icon for pick up the truck. Then you have to go through a painful process of reviewing the vehicle and giving a point of contact for verification. Just a mess of a process.) I called the customer service number and no one answered. I was able to request a call back via the app. Someone called back in approximately 10 mins. This was the only bright spot. I believe his name was Ty. He was very helpful. However, the process to be able to get to the keys for the vehicle was a disaster. It took me 20 minutes to work through the requirements on the app. If I had known this was the process I would never have chosen this location. The site/app should have a designation that no one will be on site to assist at locations like this one. Again, the process was no intuitive at all. I can't imagine how it would ever have gotten done without the assistance of Ty at customer service.

ANTHONY BVehicle was good, however had an issue about the fuel, they said it was full when I picked it up, the gauge did show full. They said I needed to bring back at same level. I drove the pickup truck a total of 13 miles, the gauge still showed full, but being an honest person I did refuel it and it took 3.9gals of fuel so apparently it was not full when I picked it up. I made them aware of this and asked for a refund of half my fuel cost which would have been $7, they said they would not refund me, that I needed to contact customer service so I did and explained the situation to them, they also refused to give me a refund. Seems like poor customer service to me for both the location and the U-Haul corporation.
