Yolanda M.Satellite office. People who physically worked the site good, but uninvolved since they were following instructions from lady on phone. Lady on phone seemed bothered by call! I was there at appointed pickup time, she was at the vet. Why/how do I need to know that? Signage on door obscure. Physical trailer hookup guy was great!
