RobertaA R.Personnel at this location are friendly and personable, and they will take care of your needs. They are also readily available to help. However, they are a bit older, and not able to provide much help in terms of strength. I advise bringing someone with you that has some strength. They will provide a jack to lift the trailer tongue off your hitch, so there should be no problem.
