The customer service was excellent. But the corporate method for payment through a cell phone SUCKS! It duplicated reservations, it duplicated payments, refunds had to be issued and UHAULS ‘technology’ is not customer friendly for check in our return. I will never recommend or use the company for my next move after the sale of my home.
