Dennis RThey were awesome to deal with, they had to help us with check in as U Hauls computer network was not working very well. But they took there time and worked out the issue and were awesome to deal with. Tim.
TIMOTHY FThe customer service was excellent. But the corporate method for payment through a cell phone SUCKS! It duplicated reservations, it duplicated payments, refunds had to be issued and UHAULS ‘technology’ is not customer friendly for check in our return. I will never recommend or use the company for my next move after the sale of my home.
