Proprietor was uncommunicative and unhelpful. Insurance charges were added without discussion or signature. When questioned, proprietor said they were “automatically applied”. Had to contact U-Haul central customer service to resolve. Stay away from this vendor.

Pamela BDrop off instructions were not clear. Was told that I would pay $1+ per mile over original 25 miles for drop off, but not told that the truck could not be returned to another drop of location. They are attempting to collect $500+ dollars which is unreasonable. The drop off is only 80 miles away or less.
