Upon picking the rental up the gas tank was empty, the rear right brake and turn signal light didn't work and the previous renter didn't clean out the truck. There was trash from food in the cab and debris/ dirty blankets in the back. The gentleman that helped with my reservation was nice, but unfortunately the language barrier made it very difficult to communicate these issues with him. Unfortunately, if I use Uhaul in the future I will have to make sure to never rent from this location again.

Robert SI was charged a $20 After Hours Service Fee, but I returned the truck earlier than I was supposed to. My receipt shows that I rented the truck at 10:43 AM and returned it at 2:19 PM that same Friday. I do not understand why I was charged an after-hours fee when the truck was returned early. Please review this charge and refund the $20 after-hours fee if it was charged incorrectly. I have tried calling several times but have not been able to reach anyone.
