Truck was in incredibly poor condition. Air conditioning randomly wouldn't work, one of the front headlights was out, steering wheel was loose and misaligned to the point of being dangerous.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI would have liked a discount for early returns
Robert SI was charged a $20 After Hours Service Fee, but I returned the truck earlier than I was supposed to. My receipt shows that I rented the truck at 10:43 AM and returned it at 2:19 PM that same Friday. I do not understand why I was charged an after-hours fee when the truck was returned early. Please review this charge and refund the $20 after-hours fee if it was charged incorrectly. I have tried calling several times but have not been able to reach anyone. Please contact me regarding this issue. Thank you,
