UHAUL fist confirmed 15230 NW 77 Place. There was no truck available at this location. UHAUL then confirmed 4668 N W. 133 St. Many trucks outside, no pne ever came to the door, after waiting 30 mins. UHAUL provided TERRIBLE service 4/26/25.
STAR RThe lady that took care of me was very nice and professional from the moment I got there. She greeted me and took her time explaining everything I needed to know. She even advised where I could park if I needed to leave my car for a few hrs. This is the first time that I experience such stellar customer service from any uhaul location in all the years that I've used them and this is the first time that I've come to this location. You should use this location as a great example for your other locations.
JONATHAN JMi experiencia en la ubicación que lo renté que fue en la 6090 w 4 ave fue horrible la peor que he visto,muy mala manera de trabajar pues cuando fui a entregar el equipo pues lo correcto es que alguien me lo recibiera conmigo presente ,pues me dijeron que lo dejara donde mismo lo recogí y que como era un solo empleado no podía salir de la gasolinera que tenia q esperar a las 2 de la tarde que fuera el cambio d turno para que lo hicieran y entonces me cobraran el recorrido,no podía haber más de una persona dentro d la gasolinera,en fin algo horrible y no pasa nada 😉
