While I don’t appreciate that there was nobody there and was forced to use the app, it is an easy location and the app process since the last frustrating time I had to use it a few years back, was more user friendly than before. I don’t believe that the customer should have to pay for the truck and then also do the job of checking in the truck, which an employee should be responsible for. If I were receiving a discount for doing it all myself, that would be one thing. But as expensive as the rental was, having an employee would have been a better option.
