One of the door latches would not hold because it was actually put on backwards. The door was very difficult to get closed. Hire a new person to help customers back up to a trailer because the guy that helped us had his hand above where I could see from the rearview mirror and when I told him I couldn’t see his hand, he wanted to argue with me. I had to wade through tall grass with stickers and got them all over my socks and shoelaces and had to spend 30 minutes picking them out.

The truck was great and the people at the location I got it from, Tom’s Tires on Hillsboro TX, were great as well. How ever UHaul charged me for very incorrect millage and customer service was of no help. I was stuck either dropping off the truck as the location was closed until Monday and I was dropping it off on a Friday I couldn’t “steal” the truck. Customer service advised me to drop off the truck which I did and then I was offered no help afterwards. Everything was charged correctly and fairly other than the mileage, I was charged for roughly just over double the mileage I actually used.

The owner was exceptional in every detail, helped me correct the rental thought that I had and made a terrific suggestion. I went from getting rained on and multiple trips to 2 trips / and completely dry.
