SAYED AWe rented a truck from this location and were given the vehicle with the gas tank below half. We returned the truck with the exact same fuel level, yet we were still charged an extra $55, which they claimed was a “penalty.” This is not accurate or fair, since we returned the truck in the same condition it was given to us. Fuel charges should be based on actual usage, not arbitrary penalties. This experience was disappointing and felt dishonest. I hope management reviews their fuel policy and treats future customers more fairly.
