The location and staff at the location were wonderful. The U-Haul app experience and digital check in were awful. This has nothing to do with the location itself, but be prepared to spend 20 minutes with a glitchy app that requires you to submit the same form over and over.
Mara HBe more up front on your billing. The unite was filled with gas until pump shut off .Then be charged 15.00 dollars more though the tank read over fill.I will not use your services again.To pad the bill
