I was charged for gas and refuel charge though I returned it at the indicated amount. When I returned to the location an hour after returning it, the gentleman took no accountability. We went to the vehicle and verified that it was at the same amount that it was given to me and not the amount he had marked. Didnt even get a simple apology for the misunderstanding. He just told me that I had to call it in the next day.

PATRICIA SThe dolly wasn’t there as requested. Both the front cabin area and the back area were fulllo of trash. The app wouldn’t work while taking picture of anything and able to document everything correctly. No directions as to where the key box was located.
