Having these box trucks available here at the end of the road is so important to the success of our community wide Holiday food and Christmas gift project. The trucks were maintained, clean and the manager was flexible with the pickup times which we truly appreciated.
SHARI DMy complaint is mostly with Scheduling. We requested this truck a couple months in advance to pick up in a city 17 miles away. Instead, we had to drive to a different city 66 miles away! Of course we didn’t find out until two days prior when other parts of our move were already scheduled. This put us over three hours behind on loading and threw the whole day off. The truck was ok, but had a few issues…cheap, streaking wiper blades, a drivers door that required slamming to shut completely and for some reason U-Haul trucks have an issue with high-beam headlights that are on the margin of being dim and unsafe!
