I had no interaction with the drop off place. The truck return time was after the Sunday hours.

RASIM YI will NEVER use uhaul again. What a headache. From the start, it has been nothing but issues. I tried renting 3 separate times and they kept changing my pickup location and telling me the size wasn't available. The day before the move, yet again they changed it to a far away location making me pay even more mileage. Online I said return by 8pm. Apparently they changed it to 3:30 when I picked it up so now my credit card has been charged double. I'm trying to dispute it and they're telling me upper management will get in touch 3 business days. In the meantime, a move that we technically only drove 14 miles for cost us $285 because of the distance of where they changed it to and because they secretly changed the dropoff time so they could charge me for 2 rental periods. This is the last time I'll ever use or recommend uhaul to anyone. Complete nightmare from start to finish!

CODY GThe woman checking us out left us repeatedly to do other things and did not focus much on us. She gave us someone else’s contract which we did not notice until we reached our destination and needed to return it. Additionally, the uhaul they provided had a broken windshield.
