When I made the reservation on line it showed a open utility trailer available. I was then contacted later saying the closest one was 55 miles away. Second time this has happened with U Haul. Not the locations fault. Something that needs to be fixed in your reservation system.

DENNIS MNo one would answer calls/no one was ever at drop off location/and its a mess at the buisness. U Haul stuff sitting all over. Impossible to get someone to confirm drop off. Big waste of time calling and calling. Ended up calling U Haul number in St Cloud
