Very horrible communication. Not helpful whatsoever. Told me they “could not” accept my rental return even though they could. Sent me to multiple locations in which they didn’t help either.

My only issue is that when I arrived I found out that the location did not have any even though its available to reserve. It took time away from me moving to have to find one. I did not find one until almost 3 hours later. Another thing, on the passenger side of the truck as soon as I open the door the black door liner just fell down.
