The owner was out right rude. He was upset that I made a reservation at 8:00am instead of 10:00am. He did not have dolly which I requested 5days in advance on my reservation. He had a barking dog at the front door trying to attack me. I have video footage and everything. It was the worst experience ever. I will not be using UHaul ever again. Do not ever go here!!!! His vehicle had no registration on the windshield. Just straight awful.
Shakeidra BThis location no longer accepts the item I rented. I had to go to an alternate location. When I asked for confirmation of drop off they seemed surprised. Unnecessary BS when people are in the middle of a move, so already dealing with a lot of stress, things like this should just happen. already dealing with an area that you don't know, maybe not the best side of town and then this.
JAMES LThe rental horn on the truck did not work . I rented and picked the truck up at 11:00 am and there was no grace period for the return.
