I was charged because I did not do the online return, However I attempted this multiple times when I arrived at the location but was never even given the option to return the trucks. I needed to rent another van next week but I unfortunately won't be going with a U-haul this time.

Clarence M.The trailer I received was not the one that they put on the contract. I paid almost 70 dollars more for a one way trip. When I dropped it off the spring uhaul told me I had to drive it back to Pearland where I got it. It was a long drawn out process. If I had not had my contract showing it was to be dropped off in spring I would have had too. I did not have time to mess with this.
