Truck had no air conditioning

Emily MMake sure your trucks are working properly. I can't believe I was rented a truck with the transmission shot. It was dangerous. I had to have my wife follow me in her car because I was concerned that I was going to be left stranded on the side of the road. Completely unacceptable! And when I got back to your location. Yout employee said he knew it had a issue with the transmission not going in reverse. I just can't believe he allowed that truck on the road. It kept down shifting hard as you slowed down , almost like you slammed on the breaks jerkiing you and the truck. Then when you tried to go the transmission was slipping. I will Never rent from this location again!
Tony FDidn’t pick up till 11:55 she put I would have it back at 9am no warning at all very upset I’ll never use U-Haul again
