The truck was reserved at a location and was not there. I had to go to a different location to get a vehicle. The second location was good

Had a confirmed reservation for 7:30 that got pushed to 9:00 with no explanation or approval. When we got there at 9:00 we were told that they did not have a truck. They simply said that the last customer never returned and they couldn’t ask them to bri g it back because “they can’t argue with a customer”. What about me? My entire day and move got significantly disrupted and they did nothing to compensate me. I will never be using this location or U-Haul in general again.
