Just have to be aware of the U-Haul surprise fees
ANDREW BThe truck I rented was filthy, mirror broken,seemed like it could barely even have enough pull to drive. When I returned the the truck the attendant was not helpful at all. Considering the total opposite was the case when I went to the actual U-Haul site to set all this up, it was clean. People were helpful. I find having these side locations for pick ups should be monitored as they have a very poor reflection on U-Haul as a company.
