This is the second time we had to change locations for pick up due to the trailer not working properly. These keeps happening and is a big inconvenience- why can’t your team test the trailers before they hook it up to our pickup? Such a waste of time that could be avoided

Dropped off the truck with exact gas in it 5/8ths I took a picture of when I first got it, and when I dropped it off. This place charged me an extra 4 gallons of gas which would have put it to nearly 3 quarters. Then because I was 20 minutes late I got charged a whole extra day. Spoke to Uhaul Customer service and got my claim approved within 10 minutes. Pickle man auto will scam you. Be aware.
