Mark JI reserved a 26" U-Haul truck and a 6' by 12' trailer for towing behind the truck. I realized from my movers loaders that I did not need the extra trailer for towing. The gentleman at my pickup location canceled my trailer order. He said I would receive a refund for the trailer. I have not received this refund. I called the pickup location person again. He said he submitted the request and that I should have received the refund. I have not received my refund. I'm wondering where my refund is.
