We had scheduling issues which was mostly confusion of details on our part. Pickup took awhile as some of the codes to get the keys did not work. After driving less than 100 miles the transmission had issues & wouldnt go over 40 mph. We managed to get the truck to the next town & sat at a convenience store for 5 hours waiting for roadside assistance. After failure to find anyone to come to us we were sent to another town 40 miles away & put up in a motel for the night. The next day the truck was towed to where we were. We then had to have a truck to truck transfer of our contents. We had to buy supplies for overnight as this was not in our travel plans. I put no for clean & well maintained. The truck was clean but I feel the truck had transmission problems already & maybe should have been caught by a service person.

Don’t take a reservation if you don’t have specified vehicle at designated location. Truck was way too big for what we needed.
