My comment does not have anything to do with the pick up or drop off location but with the cargo trailer itself. The 6 x 12 cargo trailer is fairly heavy on the tong and it would help to have a jack to raise and lower it. I used my truck jack to raise and lower it.

Junjie HWhen I scheduled my uhaul, I was directed by uhaul corporate to this location from Ulysses. I was told there was no uhaul for me there. I was promised a $50 credit I never received on my bill and when I drove by Ulysses, the uhaul I needed was there. I felt lied to by corporate.

I'll make sure to tell any of my friends and family to never rent from yall. The least you could have done was reimburse my money for the inconvenience but no yall took my deposit and still don't have it back. Never again it's the last dollar you will ever get from me
