AUSTRALIA D.The truck did not have the truck ID on it, the floor boards were dirty/not clean (had sand/dirt on both sides) and the truck smelled like cigarette smoke. It was so bad that I had to ride with the windows down to get rid of the smell. The rental agent was very nice and explained everything very clearly. However, the truck was not as described upon rental.
