The payment app wouldn’t work at the pickup location and had to get U-Haul involved so it took a LONG time to get this done.

One tire had only 10 psi should be 50psi they had no air available. Also tires where badly worn told the man attendant he said nothing he could do. On our trip from Huntsville, AL. To Arizona we had a blowout in Elk City Oklahoma. Had great service from the tow company. The driver of the tow company how could they rent this trailer with bad tires ?

Keith LThis location was a gas station with only one employee on duty. He could not check in the vehicle because the store had "paying customers " i told him that i was a paying customer. I was there for 1 hour waiting for him to assist me.
