The parking lot is small & they had a delivery truck blocking the return area. They made us drive around the back on the lawn, through a tiny area between the building and some wires. The U-Haul is not the easiest thing to back up. Very terrible experience dropping off.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTruck was empty of gasoline, it was filthy, and it was not communicated to me that this would be entirely done online.

CHRISTOPHER PThe payment app wouldn’t work at the pickup location and had to get U-Haul involved so it took a LONG time to get this done.
