Staff were friendly and process was easy. However we paid for a one way rental and paid for 4 days but were told that we would get some refunded if we returned it prior to the 4 days. We busted our butts to get everything unloaded to return it two days early and then when we asked about the refunded part, we were told that they don’t refund for one said U-Haul doesn’t refund for one way rentals returned early. If we knew that we would not have reserved if for that amount of time, we would have just added a day if needed. It also rained overnight with our stuff in then U-Haul and U-haul’s roof had a leak, as two couches and two rugs were decently wet on the sides that faced the ceiling. Luckily those items weren’t damaged from the water, just needed to dry out.
