James S.Once a reservation is made it seems that U-Haul attempted to send me to their preferred location. I booked for this location because I have a storage unit there and was delivering furniture to store. I confirmed multiple times with the location that my size was available but Uhaul reservations seemed to want to send me to their company location. Poor customer service.
