The trailer was filthy with dirty and debris. I left without the trailer lights working properly and the location did not have adapters for sale. The sales person was more concerned with the location closing early. I will rent from the other locations in the future. I’ve never had an issue like this before.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe guy didn't ask if I needed insurance on the vehicle but charged me anyway. I didn't realize it until I returned the vehicle 5 hours later. I knew i only needed it for a short ride . I never needed insurance. He never asked me if I needed insurance at all nor did he bring it up. He just charged me for it. Im very upset about it because its money I never expected to spend. I spoke to a k lady about it when I dropped the van off and was told to pretty much deal with it that it was what it was.. nothing I can do but she asked for keys and I gave them to her and we went our ways.. make sure you know what your paying for when you go there. I never rented a uhaul before so I didn't know . I rented a van . I told him id return it in a few hours and he printed out a receipt and folded it himself and stuck it in a cardboard uhaul pamphlet. I never knew about the extra charge of the insurance that I never needed because he never brought it up. It was my first time dealing with this so I never knew until I was charged.. its sad because im thinking they do this to customers all the time..
