HOWEVER, The issue was with the movers that were listed on U-Haul website and recommended by U-Haul. Company: MOVING HELP I hired 2 movers for 2 hours..Unfortunately, the experience was so unprofessional that it needs to be documented. Two movers arrived about 15 minutes late, which I can understand. However, they got out of their car smelling strongly of marijuana and looked completely disheveled. From the moment they started working, their behavior was sloppy, careless, and extremely unprofessional. I had everything packed and organized ahead of time. I also provided moving blankets and packing materials for furniture that needed protection. Despite this, the movers ignored my requests to properly wrap items and instead carelessly threw furniture and boxes into the moving truck that I had rented. As a result, several items were damaged. They broke a mirror worth over $1,000 and caused damage to multiple belongings. They also repeatedly hit the walls of my home while moving furniture because they took no care whatsoever. The most upsetting damage was to my white designer couch. The movers had very dirty hands and left numerous black handprints all over the fabric. When I politely asked them to wash their hands or wear gloves, they laughed. The behavior continued to get worse. At one point they asked to use my microwave to heat up a cup of noodle soup for lunch. They sat on the edge of my coffee table while eating and then left the empty container sitting there when they finished. To make matters worse, they spent a significant amount of time on their phones during the move, showing each other photos and wasting time. The job was booked for two hours. When the two hours were up, they claimed they had gone 30 minutes over and attempted to charge me additional money. They even suggested that if I paid them cash, they would keep it themselves and not report the extra time to the company. This entire experience was shocking. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior from movers. The lack of care, the damage to my property, and the inappropriate conduct were unacceptable. I cannot believe U-Haul advertises or refers customers to this company. I will never use this service again and will never recommend it to anyone. Photos of the damage will be included.

Jeffrey MAgain, the drop off location was good, but it was CLOSED FOR LUNCH when I got there at the designated time (12 PM)! I had to hang out in a 100 degree heat till it was open at 1:30 PM!! HAVE A PITY!!!
