ISSIARA PI enjoy using the app on my phone, but when I was picking up the vehicle, the checkin part where you take photos of previous user’s damage is not intuitive. Do you hit “done” after every photo click?
JEANNE DReceived the truck with an empty tank. I ordered a utility hand truck and six blankets. Neither were in the truck. I returned the truck with the same amount of gas (about 50 miles) and an empty cargo. I was then charged for missing equipment and not refilling the tank. They hit my card for over $200 in wrong fees.
