Excellent experience picking up... the only reason it's not an Excellent is that it's a little challenging/confusing to park. We parked temporarily in the side lot but there were a lot of no parking signs so it's just a bit confusing. Employees were friendly and efficient, the truck was ready and easy to access. Return was easy.
