The agent sent me to the back of the location to fetch the truck. I got into the wrong truck first. He did not show me how to use truck where the lights were etc. I was. I thought the light were automatic but had to pull over to find the lights after people were honking at me. He did not lock down the v hand truck dolly or show me how to secure the dolly when I returned the dolly after hours. He did not explain the internet portion of dropoff after closing. I forgot my phone at home charging and could not finish the online after hours drop off after I saw it in an email after returning home. I also saw that I would get charge d an additional $20 of I didn't complete the online drop off. Overall not a good experience. The agent was not weeknight at all.

I was satisfied with both locations,,,but extrememly dissatisfied with corporate. I was on the phone over 30min., and then arrived at my drop off location, and still on hold. Don't tell me it's Covid, when these calls can be forwarded to home locations, like other business. You guys are just too cheap to get enough people to answer the phones. 30 plus minutes is NOT acceptable for a large company like Uhaul.

Your return vehicle app is a horrible experience. Not expecting such annoyance and assuming it much like returning a rental car I locked the vehicle up and deposited the key before realizing I'd have to jump through such hoops to return the vehicle. You should adopt an after hours return model in keeping with traditional rental car agencies.
