The rental assistant was helpful. From the outside on Florence the place looks almost abandoned. Needs some up keep and cleaning. Also Google maps has the entrance on Florence which it is not Should correct if possible.

This may have been my best U-Haul experience. The gentleman, who I believe was named Dale, was very understanding and helpful throughout my move. He was very sympathetic and understanding of my circumstances and was simultaneously able to be accommodating to customers around as well. . Because of his great customer service, when I needed another truck the following day, it was a no brainer to go back there. Jacquelyn helped me this time, and she(like Dale) was over and beyond helpful. She made the pickup a very easy and quick process, while making sure I had everything I needed or wanted. These two are rare to come by. You just don’t see that type of customer service anymore. It was refreshing to come across. Thank you!

When I arrived at the location, it was closed, and trucks were locked up behind a gate, so I could not access. There was a sign on the window saying the attendant was off doing something else and would be back soon. I had to wait over 30 minutes, and consequently missed the appointed time to pick up the bulky item for which I had rented the truck. Because I was late, the item was unavailable, so it was a waste of time. I want a refund.



What really made me upset was when refueling the vehicle, the gas gauge showed an incorrect reading for the level of gas. I had the key in the ignition powering the vehicle while fueling (engine not started) and I saw the level go up, but only a small amount. I had to fill the vehicle to just over half way, and when the gas gauge showed the correct level, I stopped fueling. When I turned the engine on, then the gas gauge showed the tank being FULL. I wasted at least $40 putting gas into your vehicle which had a faulty gas gauge that did not show the correct amount of gas while fueling, causing me to waste a lot of money on gas. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

The staff was great but the online process was cumbersome and took almost 30 minutes. I would not do the mobile pick up again. After it took 30 minutes to process my request and; I didn't get that time back in the 4 hour window.

Nothing- everything was smooth, and the employees were hospitable and very helpful. Checked in and got my truck in under 15 minutes. Drop off took 5 minutes. Very easy on a long day of moving!

Jackie, the associate at this location, was very helpful--she got us a vehicle because no one was working at the originally assigned location (920 W Manchester), which means there is no accountability at the other location: no proof about the condition of the rental, absolutely no customer service. New accelerated check out needs some work. Not enough direction on the app to understand how to easily complete the process. Good idea...just not well executed...especially for users who will use the process once or twice a year. Should be user friendly without having to watch a video.
