The first drop off location the uhaul gave me had gone out of business and permanently closed. Tried calling customer service and had over 1 hour wait. Started calling other uhaul locations and returned to this one but an extra 15 mile drive. Frustrating uhaul can't keep their locations up to date. Place had been closed for long time.
Kevin WLocation is recommendable. Uhaul charges and mixup with the online stuff I would highly not recommend. Better communication. Also can I get a refund for the space in the truck for all the items taken up space that we rented. No instead you charge extra for going over your alotted miles. So unhappy with this whole experience.
Tisha FI reserved a 28' truck from Marshalltown, IA to Madison, WI. First I was called and asked if I would tow a trailer. Then the next morning I was called and told there wasn't a trailer and there wasn't a truck in Marshalltown either. I had to go to Iowa Falls, IA to pick up the truck. Upon arrival, the "dealer" wasn't even aware I was picking one up. It had not shown on his orders. I also had to do a virtual pick up, which I had no idea how to do, so changed the primary to my daughter so she could go with my husband(driver) to pick it up. This was a horrible experience. Very disappointing as I have used your services numerous times with no issues.
