Derek PThis location was closed. I had to download an app to return it in the middle of the pouring rain and find a spot to leave the truck and the tow trailer. I was asked to separate the tow trailer as well, which made it very difficult for me to do by myself. Keys were dropped in the dropbox outside.
APRYL BBart was great. He helped by showing how to hook everything up. He gave tips on how what to expect in handling the trailer in traffic and bad weather. Bart is the best.
