I reserved a 28' truck from Marshalltown, IA to Madison, WI. First I was called and asked if I would tow a trailer. Then the next morning I was called and told there wasn't a trailer and there wasn't a truck in Marshalltown either. I had to go to Iowa Falls, IA to pick up the truck. Upon arrival, the "dealer" wasn't even aware I was picking one up. It had not shown on his orders. I also had to do a virtual pick up, which I had no idea how to do, so changed the primary to my daughter so she could go with my husband(driver) to pick it up. This was a horrible experience. Very disappointing as I have used your services numerous times with no issues.
