I RENTED A TRAILOR AND A TRUCK. THE TRAILOR WAS DROPPED OFF THE DAY BEFORE THE TRUCK. THE PERSON WHO CHECKED EVERYTHING BACK IN TRIED TO TAKE THE 100.00 DEPOSIT I PAID PLUS MAKE ME PAY AN ADDITIONAL 40.00. IT ONLY GOT FIXED BECAUSE I INSISTED ON SEEING A BREAK DOWN ON WHAT THE 140.00 WORTH OF CHARGES WERE FOR. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE CHECK IN!
BRIDGIT VYou can’t improve on service! They were AWESOME! The truck was full of gas and clean inside. The only thing I suggest is to clean the van’s windows.
TERESA MCould not find the keys, and had to get a bigger truck than needed, 4 days later, there was still no refund from the first truck.
