How U-Haul Reviews WorkReceived and notated door equipment failure upon start of reservation which progressed to full door failure by end of rental. Battery ran dead after 3 hours use of Amber Flash and cargo cab light.
Brett MThere were two issues with this drop off location. The first being that it was not open on a Monday afternoon, the second being there was very little space to park the uhaul and the car tow.

Diana JOnly recommend if it’s clear that this is a virtual pickup only. My original reservation, which I made weeks ago, was moved 2 days prior to the rental to a location further away. When I arrived, there was no one present so I called customer service. They explained that the transfer hadn’t been fully/properly completed so helped me get it squared away and I was able to complete the rest of my rental through the app. The truck was in great condition.
