This is an inconvenient location. Why on earth are you not checking out trucks at your main Pacific Highway location with its store as you have before? It’s lucky I called the pickup location the day before. The clerk did not know I needed a 7am pickup and had to come to work early to accomplish this. It’s at a gas station with no attendants at this hour. Fortunately he was super helpful and got me on my way. Worse, you delivered the truck with only 1/4 tank of gas. That’s poor service.

Omar UBetter signage - This is a gas station; didn't see any signage for U-Haul (saw all of the U-Haul vehicles) Better explanation of self-check-in. When I made the reservation for the vehicle, I asked for desk check-in. There is no desk, there is now paperwork - ALL ELECTRONIC. This would not be a problem except when the vehicle is returned. The attendant didn't explain very well what self-check-in involved. It's a pain in the butt, especially after spending several hours filling a van and going to the dump. He did offer to help isn't the same (at least to me) he could do it. Separate U-Haul and gas station space - this may not be possible; there isn't much space. The attendant was doing gas station stuff and U-Haul stuff. Hard to do both.
